Our plan includes advertising through multiple mediums, showing the home to and qualifying prospective tenants, writing up the lease, move-in inspection, & we inventory the home as well.

Our fee for this service is the equivalent of one month’s rent. We collect this at the time the tenant signs the lease. We then send you, or deposit the remaining funds due to you into your local bank account.
