I have known Steven Ladd as a realtor since August 2003 and he comes highly recommended from my wife and I. Steven always acted in our best interest in all our dealings. Steven is a man of his words who will keep every verbal agreement he makes with you without any reminders from you. He has been our realtor in the purchase of two properties and the resale of one. There have been no regrets in each of the transactions with Steven rather we have praises for the way he was there for us from start to finish. We have tried a couple of other realtors after our first transaction with Steven, but we found ourselves under so much pressure from these realtors, with persistent phone calls, trying hard to get us to commit to purchases at the spur of the moment. I was introduced to Steve around 4 years ago from a work colleague who had purchased a property in Florida through him.

Bearing in mind the number of realtors there are in Florida, “good and bad”, I wanted someone who came as a referral, and from someone who had previously experienced the service being offered.

Currently living in England and requiring a holiday home in the Kissimmee area for my family and I to use, we initially made contact with Steve and gave him a list of our requirements.

We were not due to come to Florida for around 6 months but during this time Steve always kept in contact by telephone and email and kept us informed of properties coming onto the market.

When we finally came to Florida to search for a property Steve met us and had lined up around a dozen properties for us to view. He drove us around for the entire day but unfortunately we didn’t find the house of our dreams.

With a slight increase in the budget Steve did a further search for us and came back the next day, (even though it was a Sunday), with a further 8 properties.

Success! We found the property for us and have now owned it for 3 years.

From the beginning of the transaction until closing Steve has been an utmost professional, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the real estate market, especially for a “foreigner” such as myself.

We found the whole experience stress free as he took away any of our anxieties and explained things in a clear and concise manner, and didn’t try to bamboozle us with jargon or terminology we would not have understood.

Apart from all I have mentioned, I must put on record that not least, he is an extremely likeable and friendly person to deal with. So much so that I would not hesitate in recommending him to any prospective purchaser of vendor. I myself have recommended friends of mine to him and Steve was able to sell a property for one of them and find a new home for another, they were both extremely satisfied with the service he gave which bears out my confidence in recommending him to you.
