We are pleased to announce the new Steven Ladd Realty property management service. We have a program designed specifically to assist our buyers who are not local to their home but require local assistance.
Should you decide you'd like to lease the home on an annual basis, we can help in the following ways:

We will market the home for rent at our expense.

Show the home to prospective tenants.

Qualify applicants via a credit application. We'll do a credit check, contact previous landlords, and verify current employment.

Draft a 12-month lease.

Conduct a move-in inspection with the tenant.
-
Re-new the lease at the end of the 12 month period.

Conduct a move-out inspection with the tenant.

Collect 1st months rent and 1 months security deposit upon lease execution.
In addition to the above we are also offering our customers even more services then ever:

Collect the rent at our office from the tenant each month.

Deposit the rent directly into your bank account.

We will act as the primary contact for the tenant for all services.

Coordinate any repairs or service calls that may arise.

Organize lawn, pool, pest, or lock change services.
-
Though rare, we will even coordinate an eviction if that becomes necessary.

When the time is right, we'll help you sell the home and cash in.
